My name as you are probably aware by the www.troytanga.com is Troy Tanga . I want to personally thank you for taking the time to get to know me better. I also look forward to doing what I can to help you grow your online business and getting to know you better in the years to come.
I am a fun, life loving and adventurous Man of 49 years of Age. I have lived an incredible life in Maui Hawaii for the Last 21 years. I am blessed with two kids and an incredible wife of 17 years.
I grew up in the California Bay area in both Marin and Sonoma counties. I later attended San Diego State University for college. While in college I majored in Business Administration: Emphasis on Finance with a minor in Marketing.
When I finished school in San Diego I moved back to the northern California Area. Although, I loved the multi-cultural aspect and environmental atmosphere of the San Francisco Bay Area and Wine Country something was missing.
I had started my first company when I was just 17 years old buying and selling car stereos. I had always dreaded the thought of working in the financial district in San Francisco after college. I opted to pursue the, “American Dream” instead and opened a small business. The second business I started was a Building Maintenance company named American Industrial Maintenance. It seemed the entrepreneurial route was my calling.
This second business taught me the importance of hard persistent work. After 6 years in the business I went to Hawaii with my girlfriend now wife Kelley. We loved Maui and the incredible beauty of its people and one of kind tropical environment. we did every activity available to us (helicopter tours, bike rides, snorkel trips, luau etc..)
On the plane back home to California I immediately made plans to somehow, someway move to Hawaii. We sold the Janitorial Business six months later and Moved to Kihei, Maui to start Maui Mountain Riders LLC. www.mountainriders.com.
Our third business www.mountainriders.com a bike touring business on Maui has been a learning process in business trials. Relentless 24/7/365 hours, tremendous growth 0-$2,500,000 in 3 years. We experienced a cultural andjustment fit for learning through the school of hard knocks…..within 3-5 years we had become the dominant bike touring business in the state. We currently still own and operate this business.
We for 7 years owned one of the largest whitewater rafting companies in California www.whitewaterconnection.com.1998-2005
We have developed and own numerous real estate projects in Hawaii, Texas, California and Colorado. We have also been involved in the start up and operation of other non profit businesses. In the last couple of years our world and the online world of marketing has changed the way we advertise forever.
I am always becoming more involved in Internet Marketing (Google Adwords & Microsoft/Bing Adcenter certified). Now with the current explosion of Social Media (Facebook, You Tube, etc..) and online marketing campaigns via Pay per click advertising.
I have decided to share what I have learned with as many other people as possible. I look forward to working with you to succeed beyond our wildest dreams.
